CHALLENGE
Omni Vibe Technologies provides AI-powered customer engagement automation solutions. To make themselves stand out in this overly competitive field, the brand had to establish a clear and credible brand personality while preparing to launch their SaaS product, which was the WhatsApp Marketing API platform. The challenge was to create a clear startup brand identity design that could build trust quickly across all touchpoints, along with setting up product storytelling that simplified technical aspects to both investors and potential clients.

For this tech startup branding, I collaborated closely with the leadership and creative teams to position the brand as a credible, business-ready partner, and not just a startup. The strategy was to create a visual and verbal identity that felt modern, trustworthy, and enterprise-focused. From investor decks to the website, the goal was to maintain consistent storytelling and brand identity across all touchpoints.
EXECUTION
To implement our SaaS product branding strategy, we started by developing and launching a structured SaaS website design, which presented the brand as credible and future-ready. Then, our creative team worked on building investor-focused credentials and pitch decks that clearly communicated product capabilities. With social media campaigns, we built the brand’s digital presence that reflected thought leadership and product storytelling to build trust. We also worked on creating a visual and messaging foundation for their SaaS product (WhatsApp API Platform), to ensure clarity in UX and communication.
