ID8DevHub: The Developer Platform
Overview
The developer engagement platform built once and reused everywhere: hackathons, events, certification, rewards, and community that survives between programs.
Challenge
Every developer program rebuilt the same plumbing: registration, journeys, scoring, communications, rewards. Clients paid for it every time, and the community died between programs.
Strategy / Big Idea
Turn the plumbing into a product. One platform that runs hackathons, events, certification, rewards, and content, keeps the community alive between programs, and can be white labelled for brands and banks.
Execution
Built and shipped ID8DevHub: community hub, hackathon engine with GenAI mentors, event module with RSVP and ticketing, certification with LMS integration, rewards and gamification, and a developer content stream. In production since May 2024, running ID8NXT programs and white label deployments including Bank of Maharashtra FinSpark 26, Bhashini Bhasha Bandhu, and CWB.
Outcome
A reusable developer growth platform sitting on a 2.5M+ profile India developer base, with fintech and banking hackathons for Bank of Baroda and Bank of Maharashtra running through it. Marketing infrastructure as an asset, not a cost line.
