CHALLENGE
RNS needed a strong and cohesive brand identity that could guide its communications and distinguish it in a competitive market. Without structured brand guidelines, visual and verbal consistency was a challenge. Alongside this, the team wanted a mascot that could bring warmth and relatability to the brand something that would embody its values and connect emotionally with audiences.
STRATEGY / BIG IDEA
I worked with our brand and design teams to establish a clear foundation for RNS’s identity. The focus was on simplicity, consistency, and relatability. We set out to create two central pillars, a brand book that would define the brand’s voice, tone, and design principles, and a mascot that would become the face of RNS’s personality. Together, these elements were designed to build an identity system that felt both structured and human.
EXECUTION
The team developed a detailed brand book that covered every aspect of RNS’s visual and verbal language, from logo usage and typography to tone of voice and color systems. This became the organization’s definitive guide for all internal and external communication. In parallel, we designed a mascot that reflected RNS’s personality: approachable, trustworthy, and adaptable. The mascot was built to work seamlessly across formats; digital platforms, print materials, campaigns, and even merchandise allowing the brand to tell stories with a friendly and recognizable touch.
OUTCOME
RNS emerged with a unified and professional identity framework that elevated its market presence. The mascot added a distinctive, human element to the brand, boosting recognition and engagement. With its brand book and mascot in place, RNS now operates with clarity, consistency, and confidence across every channel.
