CHALLENGE

Hublee, a global talent acquisition and upskilling agency, was expanding into the Indian market and needed to establish a strong brand identity and digital presence. The key challenge was to communicate their unique value proposition—ending the job search for qualified candidates—in a way that was clear, credible, and emotionally resonant. The goal was to build a unified, professional image that would appeal to both top talent and global employers.

STRATEGY / BIG IDEA

Under my direction, my team executed a complete brand transformation for Hublee. The strategy revolved around a simple yet powerful visual metaphor: the letter “H” paired with a full stop. This symbolized the brand’s promise of being the definitive end to a candidate’s job search. We simplified the entire identity system and extended it into a digital-first experience. Our approach emphasized clarity, trust, and global scalability, ensuring Hublee could enter the Indian market with a confident voice and distinctive presence.

EXECUTION

My team developed a complete suite of brand identity elements that included the new logo, color palette, and visual language inspired by the “H full stop” concept. We then designed and built the official website, crafting it as a professional yet approachable digital hub that clearly communicated Hublee’s services and expertise. Alongside this, we implemented a content and SEO strategy to improve online visibility, attract both candidates and employers, and strengthen credibility in the competitive HR tech landscape. To maintain consistency, we provided brand playbooks and creative governance guidelines that would guide future communication.

OUTCOME

The rebrand established a unified visual identity that clearly communicated Hublee’s mission of simplifying recruitment. The new website became a central hub for digital engagement, enhancing brand awareness and driving growth in the Indian market. With a clear tone of voice, a cohesive design system, and a strong digital foundation, Hublee was able to position itself as a definitive and reliable global partner in talent acquisition. This project reflected how a simple idea, guided by strong strategy and design thinking, can transform a brand’s trajectory.
