CHALLENGE

Expanding into a new market requires clear visibility about brand positioning, consistent communication, and a strong first impression. Hublee, a global talent acquisition and upskilling agency, was interested in expanding into the Indian market. They wished to highlight their core value proposition, which is streamlining the job search for qualified candidates. A brand transformation strategy was needed to build a unified, professional image that would appeal to both top talent and global employers.

STRATEGY / BIG IDEA

As a platform expansion consultant, my strategy was to ensure a complete brand transformation. We started with the brand logo, and transformed it to: the letter H paired with a full stop. This visual metaphor represented Hublee’s promise to end a candidate’s job search. The goal of the brand transformation strategy was to create a brand that was easy to understand, easy to trust, and ready to scale. 

EXECUTION

The team developed a complete new visual identity, including the logo, colour palette, and design language, all inspired by the “H full stop” concept. Alongside this, we designed and developed Hublee’s official website, which communicated its services and expertise. To ensure that it ranks on search engines and is visible to the target audience (candidates & employers), we worked on content and SEO strategies. Every element was built as part of a unified platform ecosystem design, ensuring all touchpoints worked together seamlessly and helped the brand build credibility in the HR tech space. My team created brand playbooks and governance guidelines to ensure consistency in the future. 

OUTCOME

A simple rebranding idea with a focused brand implementation strategy can transform a brand’s trajectory. Our transformation gave Hublee a new & unified visual identity that communicated the brand’s mission to simplify job search and hiring. The new website became a central hub for digital engagement, attracting both candidates and employers. With a consistent visual system and a structured digital presence, the brand was able to establish itself as a reliable global partner in talent acquisition.
